The Festive RIDE campaign was busy in southern Bruce County.
South Bruce OPP stopped over 14 thousand vehicles in the month long campaign and charged six drivers with impaired and issued another eight warning suspensions.
Police also issued 40 charges for other violations.
In Grey County — the OPP charged 8 motorists with impaired driving and issued 46 warnings.
Across Ontario — the OPP stopped over one million vehicles in their Festive RIDE campaign.
Almost 300 drivers were charged with impaired and 605 motorists were issued warning suspensions.
