A three year old Owen Sound area boy is in hospital with serious injuries after falling off a livestock wagon.
Police say the horses pulling the wagon were startled when a tractor trailer going in the same direction passed them on sideroad 6 in Sullivan Township around 10:26 AM on Wednesday.
The horses turned into a ditch and caused the wagon to overturn.
Two adults and two children were thrown out of the wagon — and a three year old boy was taken to Victoria Hospital in London with serious injuries.
No one else was hurt.
The investigation continues.
