Ashgrove Lane Properties now has the go-ahead to re-build the Guest House Inn, in Southampton.
Saugeen Shores Council has approved a site plan agreement so a new 50-unit motel on Highway 21 at Bruce County Road 13 can proceed.
Earlier in the month, owner Amir Bhiwami indicated if he got site plan approval he would begin construction by December 1st.
The Guest House Inn was destroyed by fire last May causing 2.5 million dollars in damage.
No figure for the new construction has been given.
