The Jack Project will be visiting Owen Sound tonight to talk with high school students.
The Kids Help Phone project helps teens who are transitioning from high school into college, university, or independent living maintain their mental health.
The presentation will focus on the services provided by Kids Help Phone and the Canadian Mental Health Association.
OSCVI, St. Mary’s High School, and West Hill Secondary are all partners in the seminar.
Parents and adults are strongly encouraged to attend as well, to start a conversation about mental health with youth.
The meeting takes place from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Owen Sound and North Grey Union Public Library.
