Owen Sound Police are investigating an indecent exposure.
Police say a man exposed himself to a 12 year old girl who was walking up the 8th Street West catwalk around 8:45 AM on Monday.
According to Police — the man passed her on the catwalk but then walked back to the victim with his pants undone and his genitals exposed.
The suspect also made a comment of a sexual nature to the victim before walking down the catwalk.
There was no physical contact.
The suspect is described as a white, middle-aged male with blonde hair.
