Owen Sound Attack alumnus Sam Sedley has signed his first professional contract.
The Lehigh Valley Phantoms announced Tuesday Sedley has signed an American Hockey League contract for the 2024-25 season.
Lehigh Valley is the AHL affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers. Sedley has attended to last two summer development camps for the National Hockey League club.
Sedley, a 21-year-old St. Mary’s native, spent his entire Ontario Hockey League career with the Attack.
He left his mark on the team’s record books, departing as the Attack franchise all-time leader in career points by a defenceman with 168 over 236 games.
