One person has died and two others have been taken to hospital following a two-vehicle collision in Underwood.
The crash happened just after 5 p.m. Wednesday afternoon on Highway 21.
When first responders arrived at the scene, the driver of one vehicle was pronounced dead, while a passenger in their vehicle was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the other vehicle was taken to a hospital in London for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Highway 21 had to be closed while emergency responders were on-scene but has since re-opened to traffic.
South Bruce OPP is continuing its investigation, with the help of the OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) team and the Coroner’s Office.
