Grey Bruce OPP say a South Bruce Peninsula resident is facing a number of charges following a break and enter.
Police say on April 1 at 6:38 p.m., the OPP responded to a report of a break and enter on Elm Street in South Bruce Peninsula.
OPP say during the course of the investigation, an officer was able to identify the accused and placed them under arrest.
Police say the 38-year-old accused has been charged with breaking and entering, mischief, and theft under $5,000.
The accused was released and is set to appear in court in Owen Sound at a later date.
