Municipalities across Grey and Bruce counties saw a varied voter turnout in this year’s school board and municipal elections compared to 2018.
Some municipalities saw an increase, while others saw a decrease. Here is the voter turnout for each Grey Bruce municipality:
-South Bruce 2022 voter turnout at 59.3 per cent, 2018 voter turnout at 46.57 per cent
-Huron-Kinloss 2022 voter turnout at 40.88 per cent, 2018 voter turnout at 38.82 per cent
-Arran-Elderslie 2022 voter turnout at 46.58 per cent, 2018 voter turnout at 54.34 per cent
-Northern Bruce Peninsula 2022 voter turnout at 37.3 per cent, 2018 voter turnout at 41.11 per cent
-Brockton 2022 voter turnout at 35.4 per cent, 2018 voter turnout at 49.03 per cent
-Kincardine 2022 voter turnout at 45.1 per cent, 2018 voter turnout at 40.02 per cent
-South Bruce Peninsula 2022 voter turnout at 42.5 per cent, 2018 voter turnout at 47.27 per cent
