An attempt at landing a small plane at the airport in Tobermory ended in a crash.
Bruce peninsula OPP say it happened at about 8 last night.
Police were dispatched to a flipped over plane at the Tobermory Airport on Warner Bay Road.
Police say the Cessna 172 Seahawk was trying to land but due to the amount of snow on the runway the wheels became caught and the plane flipped.
The lone man from Cambridge flying the plane got out without injury.
The plane had significant damage.
