A parking lot in Owen Sound will be closed to traffic on Sunday.
The parking lot is located behind Scotiabank, Shoppers Clothing and the Rocking Horse — between 2nd and 3rd Avenue East and south of 9th Street East.
The City is testing the soil in the parking lot.
Only pedestrian access will be allowed in the parking lot.
