There is going to be a new dance hall in downtown Owen Sound.
City Council has approved a business licence for the H20 Lounge — which will be located at the former Looney Tooney location on 2nd Avenue East.
The owners are now seeking a liquor licence.
They have plans to open the business sometime in March.
