Two of the three suspects in a year old assault case in Chesley will remain in jail.
29 year old Jamie Lynn Kendrick of Neustadt, 34 year old Wade Miliunas of Neustadt and 34 year old Robert Delaperrelle of Hanover were charged in connection with the assault — which took place in December 29th, 2010.
That is when a homeowner would not co-operate with the three suspects and was assaulted — and one of the suspects was carrying a firearm.
Delaperrelle pleaded guilty to robbery and assault charges and was sentenced to 28 months in jail while credited with 12 months behind bars.
He is also banned from owning a weapon for life.
Miliunas pleaded guilty to robbery and was sentenced to 24 months in jail and he also received a lifetime ban from owning a weapon.
Kendrick pleaded guilty to mischief and was sentenced to 20 months of house arrest and three years probation.
