Willie makes his prediction Thursday morning — one of the highlights of the 56th annual Wiarton Willie Festival.
The festival has turned into four days of activities, games and entertainment, which is a tremendous surprise to the man who started the celebration back in the 1950’s.
Mac Mackenzie says originally it was just a way to have fun during the dead of winter.
Now Mackenzie says every year it seems to grow even larger.
Organizer Shane Sargent says there’s really something for everyone this year.
He says the four days are packed full of family fun and they have the largest entertainment line-up ever at the festival.

For entertainment, the Zero Gravity Circus will be performing during the entire festival.
The big music performance headlining a show on Saturday is five time Juno Award winner David Usher.
Youtube sensation ‘Walk Off the Earth” and “20Amp Soundchild” will open up for David Usher.
Last year the Wiarton Willie Festival made the Top 100 Festivals and Events list in Ontario.
