Grey County Council is meeting for the first time this year — and members are tackling the budget.
The proposed increase to the County tax levy is 2.49 per cent as Councillors get to work today.
As the current budget stands — Grey County would need to raise over 50 million dollars through taxes.
That is an increase 1.7 million over last year.
