A 34 year old Grey County woman was the victim in that fatal crash in Meaford.
OPP say Tara Lee Munro died of her injuries in the crash about 3:30 PM on Saturday.
It happened on sideroad 10 east of Grey Road 12 when the driver of the van she was in, lost control of the vehicle and it rolled several times before ending up in a ditch.
Grey County OPP say Munro was pronounced dead at the scene by a coroner.
The 37 year old male driver sustained serious, non-life threatening injuries.
A 20 year old female passenger sustained serious, life-threatening injuries.
Both are from Meaford, and were taken by air ambulance to St. Michaels Hospital in Toronto.
The third passenger — a two year old girl — was taken to London Health Sciences Centre with minor injuries, and has since been released from hospital.
No other names have been released at this time.
The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators are still looking into the cause of the crash.
