Bruce County has completely re-hauled their web site.
Web Specialist for the County Brad Fritz touts their new custom tender module.
It automates the bids and tender process, which means it allows people to automatically receive email updates on potential tenders they’re interested in.
Fritz is also proud of their enhanced navigation system and quick links they’ve designed.
The County was able to save money on the new site according to Fritz, who says they have 3 staff members who did a majority of the work.
The new website also has a searchable staff directory, integration with Google maps for office location and directions.
And Fritz says it has a more extensive internal search engine, dynamic news system, and RSS feeds for employment opportunities and news.
Bruce County officially launched their new site www.brucecounty.on.ca October 13th.
