Grey County OPP have charged a litter bug.
A police officer was patrolling Highway 10 around 3:30 AM on Monday when he saw a large amount of garbage on the southbound lane between Berkeley and Markdale.
There were several full fast food bags and over 20 aluminum cans.
The officer stopped a vehicle and found it was full of garbage similar to what was on the highway — and the driver admitted he threw the garbage on the road.
A 24 year old man was issued a ticket for littering — and he also picked up the garbage from the highway.
