Tiverton is about to become home to new rental units.
Kincardine council has approved the construction of two four-plexes at 20 Stanley Street in Tiverton.
Developer Dan Hunter says he is not necessarily targeting seniors with his build but rather the retirement-age client.
He says the four-plexes will not be your average run-of-the-mill rental house.
Hunter says it will be a clean, quiet type of retirement residence.
He hopes to start building next Spring or early Summer and have his buildings ready for occupancy, six months later.
No price tag was given for the development.
