The Goderich and Area Disaster Relief Fund has hit a major milestone — but they’re still about half-way to their goal.
So far more than 1.5-million dollars has been raised to help cover tornado damage that is not otherwise covered by insurance.

Early applications against the original deadline were short on details because insurance settlements were slow in coming.
