A man from Wingham is back in London court today.
Ron Ward is charged with second degree murder in Scott Hayes’ death from February of last year.
The 28 year old Ward pleaded not guilty on Monday and his trial will get underway today.
The case was originally meant to be heard in Goderich, but has been moved to London while work on the courthouse to clean up tornado damage takes place.
Ward was released on bail for a short time after the incident but was put back behind bars after breaching the conditions of his bail earlier this year.
