It took two days, but South Bruce OPP believe they have caught their man.
Back on Thursday, the OPP tried to stop a pick-up truck along Huron Street in Ripley.
The driver did stop, but then fled at a high rate of speed.
The pick up truck was later found in a cornfield along Concession 10 of Huron Township.
Initial searches of the area turned up nothing but on Saturday morning around 8:30 AM, South Bruce OPP were told about a suspicious man on Sideroad 5 in Huron Township.
Officers arrived to find the man had run into the bush area.
This time, a search of the area turned up a 23 year old Ashfield Colborne Wawanosh township man.
He was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of stolen property, two counts of mischief under five thousand dollars, two counts of breach of probation, flight from police, dangerous driving, theft over five thousand dollars and uttering counterfeit money.
The investigation is continuing, and anyone with information is asked to call the South Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers.
