A 40 year old Tiverton man is charged with impaired driving after his car slammed into the side of a house.
South Bruce OPP were call just before midnight on Thursday to a home on Concession 2 of Bruce Township.
Officers found a Silver Volkswagen had left the road and crashed into a house.
OPP say the driver had been drinking and was taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries sustained in the crash.
The suspect is charged with Impaired driving, operate over 80 milligrams and dangerous driving.
He is scheduled to appear in Provincial court on October 31st.
