There are more fall fairs in our region this weekend.
The Teeswater Culross Fair begins today and it’s the 156th year of the celebration.
Gates open at 5:30 tonight and they will stay open all weekend with a midway, a 4-H musical ride, a demolition derby and a classical car show and parade.
The 4-H beef show is being held Saturday morning.
New this year is Oprah the Robot — who will educate people about farm items.
The Markdale Agricultural Society is also hosting its 153rd Fall Fair this weekend at the Centre Grey Rec Complex.
There are demonstrations on blacksmithing, quilting and wool spinning as well as livestock and horse shows.
