You may hear more loud booming noises today.
That’s because there is another large artillery exercise taking place this week at the Meaford Land Forces Central Area Training Centre.
The sound can be heard from as far away as Southampton and Sauble Beach to the west and Thornbury and Penetanguishene to the east.
The exercise is expected to end on Thursday.
It’s the third and final exercise of the summer — others were held in June and July.
