A Wingham man charged with second-degree murder has been denied bail.
Ron Ward has been behind bars since breaching the conditions of his bail earlier this year.
The 27 year old Ward was charged in connection with the death of Scott Hayes in a Wingham parking lot in February of last year.
His brother Chris Ward was released when it was found there was insufficient evidence against him to go to trial.
Ron Ward’s trial gets under way in Goderich Court on September 19th.
