South Bruce OPP have laid charges following an ATV crash on Logan Street in Teeswater.
It happened last Friday — and when police arrived, they found 24 year old male had lost control of an ATV.
Police discovered the young man had been drinking and riding without a helmet.
He was taken to hospital for assessment then charged with impaired operation and operate over 80 milligrams.
He will appear in provincial court August 29th.
