Six people face numerous drug charges following a month long investigation lead by the Owen Sound Police Drug Unit.
On Thursday morning — with the assistance of the Kitchener RCMP and the Western Region OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau — officers executed search warrants simultaneously at three homes in Owen Sound.
Police seized a variety of drugs that included Cocaine, Oxycontin, Ecstasy, Marihuana, and Hash.
The street value of the drugs seized during yesterdays raids is estimated at four thousand dollars.
Also seized was 970 dollars in cash.
Five of the people arrested face drug trafficking charges and an arrest warrant is being sought another person.
The suspects range in age from 17 to 37.
