A 42 year old man faces drunk driving charges after Police stopped his E-Bike in Northern Bruce Peninsula.
OPP officers stopped the rider on Highway 6 at Ferndale on Monday night because he was not wearing a helmet.
Upon approaching the man — officers determined that he had been drinking.
He was arrested and a part can of beer was found on him when he was searched.
The Northern Bruce Peninsula man was taken to the OPP detachment and blew twice the legal limit.
