Residents of Georgian Bluffs are invited to take part in a public meeting tonight, on the official plan for the municipality.
“Questa Planning” will make a presentation of the draft plan and the public is welcome to review the document and provide feedback.
Mayor Alan Barfoot says it will be the first Official Plan for Georgian Bluffs, and they hope to finalize the document by October.
Tonight’s meeting is in the towship office from 6 PM until 9 PM, with the presentation at 7 PM.
Barfoot hopes residnts will check out where their properties are on the plan and see if zoning is appropriate.
Comments from tonights’ public meeting will be incorporated into the draft official plan and Mayor Barfoot says there will be another open house later this summer.
