A 46 year old Georgian Bluffs woman is now charged with careless driving in connection with a three vehicle crash near Meaford.
It happened Monday at about 9:30 AM on Highway 26.
Grey county OPP say the collision happened in a construction zone just west of Grey Road 112.
A flag person had directed a tractor trailer and car to stop and the car was then rear-ended by a van.
The impact drove the car into the tractor trailer in front of it.
Four people in the car, two adults and two children — aged two and three years — were taken to Grey Bruce Health Services-Meaford where they were treated and released.
All four were wearing seatbelts or child restraints.
The damage to the tractor trailer was minimal but both the car and van were demolished.
The driver of the van is charged.
