Bruce Grey Owen Sound Conservativel MP Larry Miller has been named to the standing committee on Agriculture and Agri-Food.
The Bruce Grey Owen Sound Conservative has been working on the agriculture file for the past seven years.
Miller was first appointed to the committee in 2004 and says he looks forward to continuing to work with industry stakeholders.
Miller has been Chair of the committee since 2008.
Huron Bruce Conservative MP Ben Lobb has also been appointed to the standing commitee.
Miller says he welcomes the other area MP to the group which is responsible for studying the administration, policy development and budgetary estimates of the department.
