Sunday hunting — yes or no. That’s what Brockton wants to know.
The municipality is considering lifting the ban on Sunday hunting.
But first officials want to give the public a chance to voice their opinion on the matter.
Residents have until June 27th to make their comments known — because that is when Council will vote on the issue.
Residents are encouraged to drop off their ballot printed in the May Brockton Buzz at the Municipal Office stating Yes or No to the issue.
Mayor David Inglis says Council is trying to gather as much public input on the matter before making a decision.
There are some residents pressuring Council to allow Sunday hunting while others vehemently oppose the move citing safety issues.
