The fate of the Owen Sound Coliseum will be decided tonight.
City Council will vote on a recommendation to tear down the 52 year old building at Victoria Park once the new Regional Rec Centre opens.
The Satellites Gymnastics Club was interested in moving into the Coliseum but the City turned down its proposal.
Council’s plan has always been to rip down the Coliseum unless a suitable proposal to reuse the facility was brought forward.
The City also continues to work on a Master Plan for Victoria Park.
