The City of Owen Sound has re-scheduled its public meeting on the closure of the jail.
The meeting will now take place on Wednesday May 11th in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 7 PM.
The meeting was originally scheduled for last week — but had to be moved because of the Attack OHL playoff game.
City officials want to hold a meeting to gather support and information to convince the province to keep open the jail in Owen Sound.
