Conservatives in Huron-Bruce meet in Ripley on Saturday to vote for a candidate in this October’s provincial election.
There are three candidates hoping to win the PC nomination to run against incumbent Liberal MPP Carol Mitchell.
They are Huron Kinloss Mayor Mitch Twolan, Saugeen Shores Councillor Taun Frosst and Teeswater resident Lisa Thompson — the General Manager of the Ontario Dairy Goat Co-operative.
Former Central Huron Deputy Mayor and Huron County Warden John Bezaire dropped out of the race this week.
The nomination meeting begins at 11:30 AM Saturday at the Ripley Huron Community Centre.
