A website that adds up all the political polls across the country suggests we’re headed for another minority Conservative government after the election May 2nd.
www.threehundredeight.com adds together what people are telling Ekos, Ipsos-Reid, Harris-Decima and Nanos pollsters.
The site then puts together a projection based not only on those numbers but also on what happened in the last election as well as how well those pollsters did at predicting the outcome the last time.
It suggests as we head into week three of the five-week campaign, that the Conservatives will increase their number of seats, but still wind up with a minority government.
In the riding of Huron Bruce — the Conservatives have 49 per cent of support followed by the Liberals at 33.5 per cent.
In Bruce Grey Owen Sound — Conservative support is currently at 52.6 per cent, with the Greens in second place with 23.3 per cent support.
In Simcoe Grey — the website shows the Conservatives in a solid lead, with 36 per cent of the vote, the Liberals at 24, followed by former Conservative Helena Guergis at 20.5 per cent, the NDP at 10.6 per cent and the Greens at 9 per cent.
In Simcoe North, Conservative support is currently at more than 52 per cent and the Liberals at 28.4 per cent.
