Habitat for Humanity Grey Bruce is looking for a family partner for a home in Owen Sound.
Director of Development Catherine Lawrence says they have come in possession of one of their earlier homes and is looking for a deserving family move in.
Lawrence says they have set the deadline for April 15th for families to apply.
Lawrence notes there are several conditions to meet — including a willingness to partner with Habitat.
She says they must demonstrate a need for housing and be able to make monthly mortgage payments.
Lawrence says the family must also complete 500 hours of sweat equity work — either in building another home or working at their ReStore.
Since 1987 — Habitat for Humanity has built 25 homes for 42 adults and 67 children throughout Grey and Bruce Counties.
