The Kincardine Chamber of Commerce has honoured its best and brightest as the Community Achievement awards were handed out on the weekend.
Former Mayor Donna Wilson was presented with the Citizen of the Year award for her work in the community.
The Friends of the Boardwalk won the Quality of Life Award.
Cheryl Goetz won the Business Person of the Year award.
Penny’s Laundromat won for Customer Service Excellence and Pet Value won the New Business Award.
The Top Young Entrepreneur Award went to Tammy Nason.
Commercial Alcohols won the Farm Business of the Year Award — and the OPG Environmental Award went to Jen McKeller and the Huron Heights “Groovy Greens.”
Marie Wilson won the Chamber’s Lifetime Achievement Award and the Award of Merit went to Derek Burrows.
