It’s a four and a half year sentence for a Walkerton man found guilty of assaulting a baby boy.
28 year old Terry Lee Clarkson received the sentence on Monday after being found guilty of aggravated assault.
But Clarkson will only have to serve 26 months of his sentence since he has been in custody since his arrest in November 2009.
That is when Clarkson was charged after babysitting his former girlfriend’s 19 month old son.
When she came home from shopping — she found her baby in medical distress.
The boy received treatment for a brain hemorrhage at a London hospital.
