Televised Saugeen Shores council meetings may be returning.
During premliminary budget talks recently, town clerk Linda White asked for 10 thousand dollars to purchase a camera and to set up the system.
White says she’s been in discussions with both Bruce Telecom and Eastlink to provide the service to their customers.
She says they will also consider streaming on the town website as well.
If they stream then residents who go south for the winter can keep in touch with what’s happening on the council front.
White says it looks good to have some service in effect in the near future.
She hopes to have more details on the plan by the end of this month.
