Habitat for Humanity Grey Bruce has a new project in Hanover.
Tuesday, Habitat released their latest proposal for a 1.1 million dollar build in the town.
The 8 unit condominium project is slated for completion within the next 2-3 years.
Their last project in Hanover came back in 2004 at 147 17th Avenue.
This time around, Director of Affiliate Relations Catherine Lawrence says the public fundraising goal is $400,000 to start the construction process in 2012.
Habitat started building homes in Grey Bruce back in 1987 and have erected 25 builds since then.
Current Habitat numbers show there’s 682 families in Grey County in need.
