Bruce Telecom has hit the 100 year milestone in business !
The company is celebrating its’ success all year with several events to highlight its’ history.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Ray Majury says the story will be on the road at Home shows in Kincardine and Port Elgin, they’ll hold an Open House at Tiverton this summer, and will have a display at Pumpkinfest in the fall.
Bruce Telecom has grown from an idea in 1910 as a way to get telephone service into the area, to a company with some 75 employees.
It offers several services from home phones, to cell phones, internet and digital television.
Majury says the 100th anniversary was kicked off this week with a celebration in Kincardine involving local dignitaries, MP’s and MPP’s.
