The Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation is three-quarters of the way to their Christmas goal.
The annual Light the Way Campaign is hoping to raise 100 thousand dollars to buy new equipment for the Southampton Hospital’s emergency room.
And in this final week leading up to Christmas, the campaign has raised $75,949.
Donations continue to come in, and you can still help out by contacting the hospital foundation’s office at 519-797-3230, extension 3230 (correct).

Tax receipts will be issued.
Despite last year’s recession, the 2009 Light the Way Campaign managed to raise 104 thousand dollars — well over their 80 thousand dollar goal.
