Catholic students in Grey Bruce have Spirit in Motion.
The Catholic School Board is holding another Spirit in Motion workshop for elementary students and staff.
It is being held at Notre Dame School from 10 AM until 2 PM today.
A similar workshop was held Thursday at Mother Teresa School in Walkerton.
Student leaders from Grade 6, 7 and 8 as well as staff will receive training in different areas — including leadership, communication, conflict resolution and healthy living.
The students are then asked to share the information with classmates — and teachers are asked to support the program and the students work.
