A 39 year old Saugeen First Nations Man was treated and released from a Southampton Hospital after being stabbed during an argument.
Bruce Peninsula OPP say the altercation happened on Keewaydin Road on the Saugeen First Nation at around 7 PM on Sunday.
The victim stopped his truck to speak to another man.
During the conservation a disagreement began and the pedestrian — a 40 year old local resident reached into the truck and stabbed the driver.
He managed to break free and drive to the hospital.
Police were called and the accused was arrested and charged early Monday morning.
The suspect remains in custody until his next court appearance on Friday.
