The new look for downtown Port Elgin will be discussed at a meeting tonight
The Town of Saugeen Shores is taking on the project to ensure the area remains vibrant, but respects the existing character of the buildings.
A public workshop is being set up by Stempski Kelly Associates Inc. which has taken on the project.
The company will be doing a visual preference survey, which will give the public a chance to give their opinions on the proposed facades.
Public input is very important, as the opinions will shape the final outcome of the vision for downtown Port Elgin.
Tonight’s meeting begins at 7 PM in the Rotary Hall at the Plex.
