Huron Bruce MP Ben Lobb is heading back to Parliament as the House of Commons resumes Monday.
Lobb says they’ll hit the ground running tackling some long standing and some new issues; the economy and jobs, 12 items from the law and order agenda, and of course the long-gun registry.
Lobb explains the government will have to also deal with laws surrounding refugees entering the country illegally.
Regarding the long-gun registry, Lobb feels it has been politicized since day one by both the government and the media.
Lobb calls the registry a failure and something needs to be scrapped to free up funds for front line workers who can really make a difference to our safety.
