A Bruce Peninsula OPP officer faces charges after a two vehicle crash near Sauble Beach on the weekend.
Police say Constable Kevin Jansen tried to make a U-turn in his cruiser to stop an eastbound vehicle on Bruce Road 8 just before 7 o’clock Saturday night.
But in the process — his cruiser hit the side of another westbound vehicle.
No one was hurt.
Jansen — a 10 year member of the Bruce Peninsula OPP force — has been charged with making an unsafe turn under the Highway Traffic Act.
