The Bruce Community Futures Development Corporation continues to plan for an aging population in Bruce County and Owen Sound.
A series of forums will be held today and tomorrow to discuss what kinds of services and programs the public will want and need in the future.
Community Economic Development Manager Amanda Farrell says this part of the process is to find out what you think.
She says everybody is welcome to attend the forums, because she says hopefully everybody will be a senior citizen someday.
Farrell says they’re going to put together a report once they’ve completed the study.
She says these forums will help them to develop an action plan and get the ideas moving forward.
The forums are today at Peninsula Shores District School in Wiarton from 1 PM to 3 PM and at Georgian College in Owen Sound from 7 PM to 9 PM.
And there will also be a forum on Thursday at 1 PM at the Kincardine Pavilion.
